- Prepare 1/4 buah of jeruk nipis (sesuai selera).
- You need of Aneka isian (bakso ikan, tofu, jamur tiram, jamur enoki,dll).

- Haluskan bawang merah & putih, cabe merah keriting & rawit, kemiri, jahe, lengkuas.
- Tumis bumbu halus tadi bersama serai, daun jeruk, ebi kering hingga matang.
- Masukkan air, masak hingga mendidih. Setelah mendidih kuah disaring (tapi ebinya aku ambil lagi terus aku masukin ke kuahnya. sayang soalnya hheee).
- Masukkan saos tiram, kecap asin, kaldu bubuk, gula, garam (tes rasa).
- Masukkan aneka isian & tomat (opsional), masak hingga matang.
- Matikan api, tambahkan jeruk nipis peras & minyak wijen.
