- Biang: siapkan wajan anti lengket, masukkan semua bahan biang kedalamnya, aduk rata pastikan tepung tdk ada yg mengendap, nyalakan kompor dan masak dgn api kecil hingga mengental, matikan.
- Tuang biang kedalam tepung kering, aduk asal sj tdk harus semua tepung basah atau tercampur rata jadi agak kriwil2 (jangan diuleni supaya hasilnya tdk alot).
