Ingredients of Cireng Jeletot
- It's of Adonan Cireng.
- Prepare 250 gr of Tepung Sagu.
- It's 75 gr of Tepung Terigu.
- Prepare 1 sdt of Ketumbar.
- It's 1 sdt of Garam.
- It's 1 sdt of Penyedap rasa.
- Prepare 3 siung of bawang putih (haluskan).
- It's 250 ml of air panas.
- Prepare of Isian Ciren.
- You need 1 bungkus of bakso sapi.
- It's 4 siung of bawang merah.
- You need 2 siung of bawang putih.
- You need of cabe rawit setan (sesuai selera).
- It's of cabe merah keriting.
- You need of garam, penyedap rasa, gula (sesuai selera).
Cireng Jeletot instructions
- Panaskan air, tuangkan bawang putih halus.
- Campurkan tepung sagu, tepung terigu, garam, penyedap rasa, ketumbar.
- Tuang kedalam campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit air yang sudah di panaskan, aduk sampai kalis..
- Jika sudah kalis, ambil adonan kemudian bulatkan lalu pipihkan. Masukkan isian cireng, kemudian bentuk sesuai selera. (saya menggunakan mangkuk kecil untuk membentuknya). Lakukan hingga selesai.
