- Add vanilla essence.Gradually add maida mixture in it and mix gently add half milk,stir it.Add remaining maida and milk (as per requirement to maintain the consistency of cake batter) and mix well. Don't over mix..
- Grease a cake tin and lightly dust it with flour..
- Pour the batter into greased cake tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check the cake with toothpick. Remove from the oven..
