  1. Prepare of Jagung.
  2. Prepare of Wortel.
  3. It's of Kentang.
  4. It's of Bayam.
  5. Prepare of Telur.
  6. Prepare of Dada ayam.

  8. Prepare of Merica.

Healthy Lunch instructions

  1. Potong dadu wortel dan kentang. Lalu rebus hingga empuk. (Masuk sedikit garam).
  2. Setelah itu dgn menggunakan air rebusan wortel, rebus kembali bayam sebentar saja. (Tambahkan garam sedikit).
  3. Rebus telur sekitar 8menit. Lalu belah..
  4. Kopek jagung dan rebus hingga matang. (Boleh masukan sedikit garam).
  5. Baluri ayam dengan merica dan garam. Lalu kasih sedikit olive oil di pan dan grill ayam dengan api kecil hingga matang.
  6. Setelah semua selesai, plating dan boleh taburkan sedikit garam dan merica. Voila !.
